I am now in my computer class (CIS 101), and I am having a great time. I took this class because I really wanted to learn about computers. I did not wanted to know how to use the different computer programs such as Word, Excel, or Power Point but what an Information System is and what were the components of an Information System. There are only three classes left and I can say now that my objectives were completed.
The first day of class Mr. Mulhern told the class that it was not going to be easy and that we will need to study hard because there were many new words that we will need to learn. He said that Computer Science is like learning a new language and he was right. I studied hard and I dedicated many hours studying, but it was worth it. It is rewarding to accept the challenge of learning a subject that you know nothing about it and succeeding. This was not an easy task but many of the credits goes to the professor and his abilities of teaching or being able to transmit his knowledge to a group of people. See you until the next challenge!
